Day to Day Support & Maintenance
  • Day to day technical support for a large Real Estate body, consisting of over 60 users nationally, including all desktop support for the hardware and Microsoft environment, which ranges from Windows 95 to Windows XP and includes support for 13 networked printers. In addition to the desktop support, Business Mechanix also provided support for the entire network including firewall and VPN setup and support. Also included is server administration, including all hardware support and management of the Microsoft Windows Server environment consisting of Windows NT 4 Servers to Windows 2003 Servers. Over and above this support, Business Mechanix is also responsible for the maintenance and support of the Microsoft Exchange 5.5 environment.
  • Day to day support and maintenance for a large New Zealand confectionery company consisting of all desktop, printer and server support for the Microsoft based environment across two offices, comprising of 10 desktops, 10 printers and 1 server.
