  • Business Mechanix assumed the role of acting IT Director for the New Zealand arm of an international corporate. This assignment provided the company with leadership through a period of change and reorganisation.
  • Business Mechanix was contracted to review a badly performing business unit. The review highlighted significant improvement required. The company then contracted Business Mechanix to implement their recommendations by assuming the role of acting business unit manager. The result was a transformation of the business unit from significant monthly losses to significant monthly profits in as little as six months. 
  • Business Mechanix has been contracted by two leading educational institutions to assume the role of acting CIO, plus give expert advice on strategy and special business initiatives.  
  • Business Mechanix was contracted by the Board of an IT distribution company, and have made a significant contribution to Governance practices and supports this organisation on an ongoing basis at Board level.
  • Business Mechanix continues to work closely with a large Real Estate group in New Zealand and Australia. We have refined and implemented a bench marking system which has successfully improved performance in a number of member offices on both sides of the Tasman.
