The brief was to design and implement a WAN (wide area network). The solution provided remote access by their point of sale system provider to enhance their support ability, connectivity between all stores for data transfer, and gave the ability to send and receive email between the stores and the Internet. Business Mechanix assisted the company to consider their business case and designed a highly cost effective solution, then utilised his knowledge of routers and firewalls to implement the solution.
