The Warrant of Fitness covers areas such as:
- Is there a Vision for your business that your team buys into?
- Do you have a current Business Plan and if so, is it working?
- In a ‘Dog eat Dog’ world is your business as competitive as it needs to be?
- What is the ‘Point of Difference’ that sets your business apart from the competition?
- Do you have a sales & marketing strategy?
- Are your recruitment, selection, induction and retention processes robust?
- How well does your technology platform support your business?
- Are you receiving timely, detailed financial information that allows you to measure your profitability against the budget?
All of the above, and other business areas, will be assessed by our consultant as part of an in-depth assessment process. We can then determine if you need to bolster specific functions within your organisation, and provide you with practical advice on how to make this happen! At your request we will be happy to provide continuing assistance to help implement suggestions from the assessment.
Warrant of Fitness process
The initial step in the ‘Warrant of Fitness’ process involves an interview, usually with the business owner and perhaps one or two senior staff. This process takes approximately three to four hours. At this time we would also welcome the opportunity to have a look around your business and see it operating – warts and all!!
Within a few days of the assessment we will send you a detailed written report, outlining the findings and suggesting specific recommendations as to ‘Where to from here?’
If you require us to work with you beyond the initial assessment and report, we will be happy to discuss this with you.
